I am curious if anyone on this forum knows of any boutique/small shop IB in Toronto that would hire for sophomore summer. I would attempt to cold email and maybe make a connection with an alumni of my Canadian target.
Would love to hear your experiences at these types of shops. Or any that you know of that hire sophomores.
