Boutique Investment Bank Culture

I am a incoming sophmore at a non-target with 3.6 GPA and a pretty credible boutique Investment banking and Private Equity internship this summer. Due to my school and gpa I feel like my best shot is MM or Boutique more on the boutique sode and want to see how the boutique culture differs from MM culture.
