Break into London IB

So I recently accepted an offer to join a regional boutique investment bank as a summer analyst (2023). I have also completed 2 buy side internships w/ a big canadian bank (think RBC/CIBC/TD) and one w/ a family office (>$5bn AUM). I go to uni in london (QM) and my goal is to break into IB (either M&A or Levfin) in London as a grad.

Will this give me a shot at landing a BB or EB grad role or is it best to do a masters at LBS/Imperial type school?
