Breaking into IB with no IB internship? - a Junior student from a non-target school
As a Junior student from a non-target, I am currently interning as an M&A intern for a small shop. I recently realized that I want to do IB after graduation (mostly because of current role in M&A and want to work more into transactional side). Did anyone else have the same situation and broke into IB after graduation? Any advice on how to break into IB given my background?
