BrightTower ?!

Ok aside from the goofy linkedin photos … where on earth did this bank come from ? Just saw they worked on the carevout of delinian assets … then looked at some other deals they’ve done and genuinely really impressive. Looks like a growing platform.

Any thoughts on these guys ?

BrightTower appears to be a recently formed boutique investment bank that has been gaining attention for its work on notable deals, such as the carve-out of Delinian assets. While their LinkedIn presence might come across as unconventional, their deal activity suggests they are building a strong platform. If you're considering them as a stepping stone for private equity (PE) or other career paths, it's worth noting that boutiques like BrightTower can offer impressive deal experience and exposure, especially if they continue to grow and handle high-profile transactions.

However, when evaluating a boutique for long-term career goals like transitioning to PE, consider factors such as deal flow, reputation, and the network you'll build. BrightTower's recent activity indicates potential, but as a newer player, they may still be establishing their track record compared to more established firms.
