Brooklyn Heights - Where to begin?

Hey all,

I'm interested in living in Brooklyn Heights anywhere with reasonably quick access to the 3 train (fast commute to downtown), spend around $1500/mo, ideally less. Any recommendations for how to begin the search? What is it like to live there and commute into the city for work? Brokers, websites, etc....

Thanks!

Don't do it. Live in FiDi. If you get a roommate, you can easily spend that amount or less ... and get a banging place.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.

When it's 4am and you want to go home, only to be back at 8.. between train rides+walking and getting ready for bed, you're going to lose 2 of those four hours you could be sleeping
