I've started this year at a BB in Canada (one that has been doing well this year), and I'm wondering what bonuses usually look like for analysts here. I've heard anywhere from 50% to 100%.
Also curious what the Big 5 bonuses are like for analysts - I assume slightly higher due to the lower base?
