BYOD or have two phones (company + personal)? Any advice: pros vs cons?

Does that become your personal as well? Or you end up with two phones?
you end up with two phones...never use work stuff for personal use as bad things can happen. You also don't want your workplace to have any control over your personal device, so don't do BYOD.
