Was wondering if Accounts Payable could be negative on a year end Balance Sheet. My thinking is that it means that bills are still being accounted for even after they are voided or suspended. Any thoughts welcomed and appreciated

If it was a true net debit it should be reclassified to AR. Could be reversing activity. Company could have voided/cancelled debt.
