Does anyone have a professional perspective on business brokers? (By business brokers I'm referring to a firm or website that sells small businesses; deal size under $30MM and can be smaller than $1MM)
Do corporate development teams look at listings from them? Have you ever had to go through business broker websites to gather information? If you've worked at or with a business broker, I'd be interested in hearing about that experience as well. I'm trying to understand how professionals view this type of business. I'm having trouble finding great information on the web.
