Can new grads refer you for FT applications
Those new analysts and associates who just graduated from college and MBA, can they refer me for the FT applications?
Assuming they onboarded in June, FT applications open by August, and I reach out to those new analyst/associates around July
Once they hit the desks they can. Their recommendations don't carry tons of weight but could probably get you a first round if you're a strong candidate, dependent on how the group runs their recruiting.
When they're in training they can't do much beyond refer you to others
Just curious, how long will the training last?
Assuming they onboarded in June, FT applications open by August, and I reach out to those new analyst/associates around July, do you think if this is appropriate
Missed that this is for FT. They usually don't hit the desk until the very last week of the interns being there or they don't overlap at all - so they can't really help you since recruiting will have progressed by then.
If you have buddies on the team they can tell you who to reach out to and that's about it
