can we do something about the trolls on this site?
I think some of them are really detracting from this great community that has been very helpful for people in their job search. what are your thoughts people?

This has been discussed numerous times. When things get out of hand we take action, but considering the wide array of topics that are covered it is important to have an open forum with dissenting ideas. Also, don't confuse a noob with a troll. Normal users might not be aware of everything, but mods have taken action when it was required (including deleting useless threads) and several users have been blocked/banned.
