To be honest I'm looking into career banking a little more (maybe HF as an exit, not really interested in PE) but i'm trying to gauge what a better starting point would be. Assume a lowkey regional boutique, would probably try to lateral to a US BB or strong MM.....vs starting off in Canada at a BB/MM
