Cargill -Trade and capital market(TCM) associate

Hi all,

Wanted to know about Cargill TCM associate program. Little bit of my background- 1 yr exp in Research(similar to junior trader) at  ag commodity firm(one of  ABD) competitor to Cargill. Expected to become trader in 3-5 yrs timeframe. I really like to be in markets front  desk and doesn't want to be a cost centre\back or middle office, that's why confused whether to go forward with this role at Cargill. This is a long 2 year training role wherein they will rotate me in structuring, Risk investors group, Financial trading group and origination. Can anyone connected to Cargill or otherwise shed light on these sectors? Which sectors are very good with respect to market value and knowledge for long term career? What are the exit options both in terms of types of firms and sectors? Can a exit into trading possible after this? If yes what type of products/Asset classes?
Thanks in advance.

PS-Tried to insert Cargill TCM overview link from their website but was not allowed being a newbie. Please do look at it for further info.
