I’m prepping for a 2 hour case study as part of an interview for a middle market IB role (tech focus). From what I gather, it’ll likely involve reviewing a CIM or brief summary and building a simple 3-statement model + valuation.
If anyone has sample case studies, past practice materials, or can share what to expect in terms of structure, I’d really appreciate the help.
