Case study

Hi all,

New here and would appreciate your advice. I have an opportunity at a US based M&A shop that’s focused on TMT (specifically advising startups go through funding rounds and then exit).

Case study to expect is to build an operating model, MoM profile and shareholder dilution.

I’m not sure what to prepare for exactly  - LBO doesn’t sound right as they deal more with VCs than PEs, so would you expect operating model with exits at various valuations to show MoM with cap table analysis?

thanks!
