A friend of mine currently works in Corporate Banking (A3) - who has been trying to lateral into IB given the current turnover rate in IB. Have been trying to convince him not to given how bad hours are nowadays with WFH. (he prob works 60hr weeks avg with the same base as IB but prob a 30% cut in bonus) . Any words of wisdom?
