I’m genuinely confused on how the process works at CVP. The other boutiques are more open. Like you network with a couple analysts/associates and an MD and that at least get your foot in the door. With Centerview I just don’t know how it works.
Their recruiting is pretty unstructured outside of their top targets (like H/W)
