Chance me for Equity Research / IB? -Target School -GPA 3.5; SAT 2330 -Some connections to Goldman and JP but I have no idea how to leverage them -White male (but technically hispanic although it has literally never factored into my life; should I put this?) -Co-founder and head of alumni relations at finance club -Captain of non-varsity but club team -Good ECs; work as an Econ Tutor; won certain writing awards (if this matters) -Also took 3 classes at a decent state school in HS; GPA there was 3.83

I don't expect you to disclose how you're connected to those firms, but if you want to figure out how to leverage them, either look at other threads on here (there's definitely useful guides to leveraging connections in the annals of WSO) or disclose how you're connected. Otherwise we can't help you. I say this a decent amount, but if you want custom tailored advice, the more specific you are (without getting too personal), the more people can help you out.

Also, was the SAT superscore or one attempt? If that score was from one attempt, I'll consider you, otherwise your resume is going in the shredder. (Kidding)
