i got accepted at GS in Irvine but i dont really want to go there. any chance i can transfer to another office

Not likely. I would not ask unless you have some urgent reason to be in another location (i.e. dying parent you need to be close to). GS is super stingy about moving locations, I think you have to wait a full year or maybe two years to transfer groups or locations as a FT.
At least there's no income tax in Texas and low cost of living
Highly unlikely cause chances are they had location-specific interviewers for your process and the works. Always worth asking however.
