changing majors after SA offer - bad?

hey all, I recently got my 2024 junior summer IB SA offer from a NY MM bank. Currently, I am a Finance major at a semi/non-target college.

I was thinking about switching to another major, still classified in the business school, but just not finance. how would changing my major look to the HR/bank? would they even care?

honestly, this will totally sound like a cop-out but the Finance classes are kicking my ass right now and my GPA is going to look atrocious if I continue with the major. Right now, I don't even know if I deserve my SA offer as I literally cannot even do well in my current Finance classes. I also wanted to do a combined master's program (finishing in 4 years like my undergrad degree), and I am not able to do that with my Finance major.
