Interned at one of the 3 above listed, p much all interns are nepo international kids, very limited dealflow, most dont have any capital markets teams and s&t is a cost center.

any chinese IPOs in US you see them on will be due to relationships from china, they will do very little themselves but call themselves lead underwriter

Scam banks. Entire intern and FT staff are nepo hires. Their system doesn't work in the (meritocratic) land of the free 🦅
