If it’s Raine I would take that. They are by no means MM. Top tier merchant bank, no clue why you would want to re recruit. Did the WWE UFC merger for 21 billion. They also do some interesting growth equity and VC investing with decent AUM(I’m not sure if that is the advisory analyst job tho). If it’s one of the other 2 boutiques, I would take BB no doubt.

BB is always a safe bet. Easy to lateral to a top BB from there
