It is hilarious the extent that people have gone to discredit the fact that Citi interns will be getting full-time offers. What did you expect the requirements to be? This seems perfectly inline with what would be considered minimum requirements. Slice it how you want more than likely Citi offer rates are going to be 90%+.
Without this, the bank has always been offering 80~90%. What is the point of saying guaranteeted when you are just like any other years?
at the very least it seems like that their FT headcount is more or less guaranteed for interns, which still puts them in a better spot than a lot of us...
