Anyone know if Citi released apps for early id? If so, where do I find the portal if it's still open? I'm a non-target so I'm wondering if apps are only through college career portals for targets and semi-targets.

I don’t think they have. In past years I think they opened apps for it in early fall, so def weird that it hasn’t opened yet.
not weird at all. they don’t want to be sued or fined given that the practice is now illegal for universities. they’ll probably still take just as many diverse kids as before but in the normal round. either that or they just abandon the practice given that they’re restructuring right now
