Citi London IBD to CMO or S&T possible?
Hi guys
I have received an offer for Citi IBD London as first year analyst. I can't wait to start and plan on giving it 100%, but I'm thinking about exit opps and am interested in LevFin and trading. I know levfin is part of cmo and trading is s&t, both different to ibd, but is it possible to move around? how long would i have to work in ibd before i went to cmo or trading? could i do it before i started? after a few months? a year? 2 years?

Definitely possible. Their lev fin team right now is fairly understaffed.
for london? i think i'd rather do levfin than m&a right now...but i haven't started yet. should i talk to someone in hr? i don't want to rub anyone the wrong way before i even start...
