Citi or KCG best for future?

Hey guys. I have received SA offers at Citi for their Financial Analyst Program, and at KCG for S&T. My ultimate goal is to get into IB/HF. I was just wondering which position would provide better exit opps down the road (should I end up accepting FT offer after summer) and which would look better on my resume for full time IB recruiting in the fall (should i not accept FT offer).

I know neither position is particularly glamorous, but these are my options, so I want to do whatever is best for my future. Any input would be much appreciated.

If this was 5 years ago, KCG would be the obvious choice, but they aren't doing so hot lately. You can Google it and check it out.

Also be aware of the context of doing S&T at KCG. Doing S&T at the trading firms like KCG and SIG isn't like doing it at a BB. These are fairly new programs, and I know in the past KCG's S&T talent pool hasn't been incredible. BB S&T isn't a feeder into IBD/HF, and doing it at a more obscure/unproven firm like KCG is even less so.

I find quant trading very interesting and I personally would do it over any BB, but with your goals I don't know if that's the right choice.
