Yes it’s rotational - during your full time training you’ll get your shot at finding your rotation.

HR sends your resume out and desks will reach out to you, or you reach out to desks of your interest. It’s basically interview 2.0.

You’ll spend a whole year on that desk - towards the end of your first year you then start networking again, and find your next desk. Usually a few months before associate promotions depending on headcount / your own performance you decide which desk you go back to for associate - could even be a new third desk if you didn’t like your prior rotations. Majority of people go back to one of the desks they rotated on as an analyst, but not always the case.
