Thanks, do you think the management is changing its approach and startig to protect junior team as a result? Perhaps hiring more people or saying no to 50-page pitchbooks?
No, don't think so tbh. Know a lot of the analysts/associates there and it won't stop. They have all been severely under crazy workload for months now.
I work at a top BB team in London but it's nowhere close to them in terms of hours/stress.
