For my VP’s, it varies. Westchester, White Plains, NJ suburbs like Montclair, CT suburbs on the Metro North line.

For the younger under 40 crowd, Beacon or other cities in the Hudson Valley are becoming more popular. I only know of a couple of people that have families in the city but they have combined HHI’s of $1 million or more.

Bought a condo in the suburbs so I'm ~10 min drive from work and just recently copped a pad in SF to go in on weekends. Take advantage of low rates and crashing tier 1 city prices rn. Def a good buying opp.
