Any insight on the on cycle process for 1st years who are hitting the desk in a few weeks? Would like to know if I should start prepping or if I should wait until the spring.

Following. Same spot as you, only silver lining is recruiting for the class above us hasn’t kicked off yet (from what I understand), so we at least should get a bit of warning before our process starte
