Just a general question regarding applications for internships/jobs...
Would anyone recommend reaching out to current employees prior to submitting your app? Not to beg for an endorsement but to sincerely ask them about their current position and how they were able to become employed by the company. Figured it may be a helpful way to get your name in the door instead of applying without having any connections to the firm.
