Comp for a DCM 1st year associate?
I know that analysts in DCM make the about the same as their coverage counterparts, but how about associates? What would an associate make in DCM at a BB in NYC?
Is there anyone in DCM here that can provide info on comp? I am looking for BB comp.

Depends on what actual year you are at. If at like the 'analyst to associate' year, it's ~$60K. For an actual full first year, it's ~$115K + stock

Base is $110k, my firm haven’t got a base salary raise yet. Bonus is 70-80%.
What firm are you at? This seems low.
thats like 200k, doesn't surprise me/seems on par for DCM
I’m in loan syndication, so that maybe a reason why?

To expand, my understanding of comp for 1st year Assoc at my bank in DCM:
A2A sign on: $40k
Assoc 1 Base: $175k
6 month stub: $40k (estimate)
First full year bonus is received 18 months into the role and the rule of thumb is that top bucket gets 100% of salary
