Sorry, yes I thought question was about bonus! Worked in Leveraged Finance, close enough to DCM
Base is $110k, my firm haven’t got a base salary raise yet. Bonus is 70-80%.
What firm are you at? This seems low.
thats like 200k, doesn't surprise me/seems on par for DCM
I’m in loan syndication, so that maybe a reason why?

Work in dcm at a BB and to my knowledge all in comp is the same as coverage groups

To expand, my understanding of comp for 1st year Assoc at my bank in DCM:
A2A sign on: $40k
Assoc 1 Base: $175k
6 month stub: $40k (estimate)
First full year bonus is received 18 months into the role and the rule of thumb is that top bucket gets 100% of salary
