Complex transactions?
I've seen people say that a major difference between the MM and BB experience is the 'complexity' of the transactions you're advising on. When it comes to an M&A transaction, what does this specifically mean?
Is it because larger companies are harder to value? Is it because there are more people working on the transactions? Does it have to do with the capital structure of the companies involved?
Would love to get a better understanding. Thanks!
