Conflict of interest if two family members work at the same IB firm?

If there are two family members who work at the same IB firm, is there a conflict of interest/legal or compliance issue?

What about if in separate divisions, but same firm if the firm is large?

Very curious to see if anyone has any stories of family members working on the same floor or desk. Thanks and +1SB for answers

Firm I work at has 2 sibling working in the same group. One is a higher position than the other. I've just noticed they are never staffed together for reasons I assume are that there is a conflict in putting them together. One thing that comes to mind as potential problems in a staffing of siblings especially when one is a superior is the older siblings treatment of the younger sibling. In one scenario the older sibling might treat the younger more harshly on the deal given they are siblings and have a prior personal relationship that could be abused - not intentionally but unintentionally. But on the flip side you could say maybe the older sibling would be biased in giving a more positive review to the younger after the deal is done. That being said, no issues with siblings working at same bank or even within the same group, issues just might arise when they are working together. I would assume most banks would recognize this and act accordingly in staffings though.
