Confused about Stub bonus?
A stub bonus is a part of the full bonus for people who come after the year has begun, correct ? So if someone stays on two years as an analyst, do they get a stub in January and then only one more bonus before they exit, assuming they do? Any way people recoup lost bonus? Is this completely mixed up?
