Hi everyone - I’m starting a virtual internship on Monday at a BB and today I tested positive for coronavirus. As of now I have no symptoms, but I’m just curious whether or not I should let my manager know about the result? Crossing my fingers for mild symptoms.

It honestly doesn't seem worth it. There was a post a few days ago like this but the guy wasn't sure he was infected and he felt super sick. As long as you won't actually be interacting with anybody, I don't see the need to mention it. But it's your call.
