I really like what I'm doing as an intern in corporate banking at WF, but I'am unsure of whether I should take up the offer for fulltime.
Issues are the pay is not competitive, work could get repetitive and boring, and I'm unsure of career prospects.

Don't know much about your role/industry but I felt the same way.
I'd say, if you really like what you are doing, then consider spending a year to see what it is like and how you feel about things.
