Corporate Finance Internship at Big 4 AC. Need advice

Hey guys.

I've just been offered to attend an assessment centre for a corporate finance summer internship at one of the Big 4. I'm still shocked as to how I've reached this far, being my GPA is shot to shit (and sprinkle a few fails on that good ol' transcript). Having said that, my ECs are stellar (VC, IB and AM work experience) and I did really well on the online tests and online interview.

I know how competitive the AC is, especially for a role in CF. I'm worried that I'm now going to go up against other guys with superior GPAs and that will set me at a disadvantage. On the other hand, I've also heard that grades and GPA don't mean shit at this stage (this is the last step. If I do well in the AC I'll get in). Which one is true?

Also, any general advice at how to do well in the AC? I'm quite sociable and get along really well with people.

Thanks!
