Internal lateral from ECM to cov
ECM anl trying to move to coverage anl internally... earned a super day
The stalemate I currently face is what is the best use of time for preparation. Trying to get lucky with someone who made a similar move on here and can weigh in on what the interviews looked like.
I assume there are just obvious things in their head that they want to see if an ECM guy has what it takes, I just haven’t been doing this for long enough to have a strong estimate.
