Front office.
Front Office internal hedge fund for the most part. They have a Product & Analytics Team (Quant guys), Macro Team (Economists), Custom Solutions (More quant/portfolio management team), Sales, and Sector Specialists (their version of equity analysts).
They also base everything on their "Value Methodology," making sure that companies have solid balance sheets and postiive cash flows (CFROI model). They're very tech and quant focused.
