Every bank worth a damn gives you the first three things, most offer the latter two as well but in practice, experiences vary.  Not sure I'd be deciding whether I want to work for a bank based on these criteria.  If CS is your only offer, take it by all means.  If it's CS vs another bank, need to understand which bank that is to give better feedback.  CS vs BGL?  CS vs Evercore?

A good place to work and an IB division full of very competent bankers, despite what you might read here. You’ll work hard for sure, but you’ll generally have your Saturdays and people respect PTO commitments. Worked there for a number of years - now work in a “top bulge” - and only have good things to say about my time at CS.
