Credit Suisse - Private Growth Markets (ex-IBA), opinions?

I recently saw a job posting for a role at CS in the PGM division (part of IB).

From my understanding they mainly do sell side M&A advisory for mid-market private companies.

Do you know anything about this team in terms of culture/workload?

Would you expect it to be sweaty like Lazard/Rothschild (I know that in Europe they are horrible places to work for and analysts are literally treated like "dogs").

Any insight would be really appreciated, thank you.
