curious as well. I know it’s not one their most highly regarded groups (sponsors, lev fin, TMT, industrials, M&A)
They do/have, at least for this recruiting cycle recruited RE in a separate process. Still generalist application, but you have to make it be known to the team that you are interested in RE and they'll reach out with a different first round option.
I've networked extensively with the RE and Industrial group and have not received a first round invite yet. I had an informational call with the RE group last week.
Are most people who did RE / Industrial group networking not receive first rounds yet?
