if you're comparing BB to BB, coverage/M&A is always better in regards to salary and exit opps. The culture and hours are usually better in ECM
Yeah agreed, feel like this is a naive post lol.
have a bud in ECM though, hours are not *that* much better than banking. DCM tends to be best if you’re talking lifestyle
