Curious about the pricing rates in term loan
Hi guys,
Recently, I was learning about term loans and saw an "all-in rate". I understand that loans are priced either at float (LIBOR + %) or at fixed rate (% across the whole term). So what does this all-in rate imply? How do we get from the pricing rate to this all-in rate?
Thanks!
