Custody Ops to MO/FO

Hi all,
23M, mumbai. currently working in custody ops at a BB, it's mostly data maintenance and due diligence while onboarding institutional clients. The work is monotonous for me and the hours are brutal. I've completed 14 months in that role and I'm looking to switch now. Any ideas on how do I go about it? I have a bachelor's degree in finance and I am aiming for L1 in May next year with a masters a few years down the line. Can I switch to entry level middle office role on the basis of my workex?
