Data Analytics IB lateral - need advice

Hi everyone,

I failed to break into the IB 2021 class after working my ass off. I didn't have a finance background and didn't know what banking was till after college. I networked like crazy but failed to break in. I sadly put all my eggs in the IB basket so had to take my first job out of finance doing Data Analytics at a F500 company. 

The question is could I lateral over to IB or another finance related field? I have self taught myself everything about the industry including modeling etc. If not, could I land a top 10 MBA with my current job to try to break into IB or should I try to find a good finance job to get my MBA? I'm also 24, so age is a factor (took a year off after HS for a one in a life time experience).
