This made me laugh. With that being said, their strategy for getting summer associates seems to be to offer people super early. Have a friend getting an MBA who got offered in like October, so he accepted and got to relax while everyone else was stressing out about super days. May say more about his preferences/risk aversion than anything else, but if they get good people by offering them early (and poach some heavy hitting MDs) things could change.... Maybe.

Does each minority group(racial minority, LGBTQ, woman) hear back separately? So far the only people I've seen got in are racial minorities.
Minority. Most applicants I would think are minority or women and a small percentage being LGBTQ
