DCM Syndicate Exit Opps

Currently a SA in IB. The first half of my internship was in the DCM syndicate desk. I really enjoyed the work, like how it was very bond market focused and the hours weren't too bad for finance. The base pay is the same as the rest of DCM and IBD. I feel uneasy asking my coworkers about exit ops so thought I ask here, generally what are exit ops for DCM syndicate? Maybe if I get a return, I can make a career out of it though, as I really enjoyed it.

No traditional exit opportunities, most people just stay in the same role because of WLB.

The team is usually very top-heavy and highly repetitive. Good role if you are not into prestige and want to max out comp-hours ratio
